The Maritime Solent Future Leaders programme is starting once again in September 2026. The programme offers a dynamic four-week introduction to leadership and management for rising talent in the Solent maritime sector. Participants will grow their network of peers in difference organisations and industries within the sector. 

The programme starts 23rd September 2026 and involves weekly Wednesday morning sessions with 10 participants for 4 weeks. 

Who should join?

• with 5 - 10 years experience in maritime
• working in the Solent area
• likely on their first or second promotion
• beginning to manage projects, budgets or teams
• ready to step into a stronger leadership role
