Maritime Solent has launch its Future Leaders Programme; a dynamic six-week experience designed for emerging professionals in the Solent maritime sector. Suitable for those either managing their first team or leading a project, this programme aims to help individuals grow their confidence, skills and network.

• Start Date: 5th November 2025
• Schedule: Wednesday mornings; 9.00am - 12.00pm
• Format: 2 hours of immersive learning and networking
• Duration: 6 weeks
• Cohort size: 10 participants
• Availability: Offered each term, based on demand

Who should apply?

This programme is ideal for professionals who:

• Have 5-10 years of experience in the maritime sector
• Are based in the Solent region
• Are stepping into leadership roles - managing projects, budgets or teams
• Are on their first or second promotion
• Want to build confidence and capability in leadership

No formal qualifications are required.

This course is delivered by South Hampshire College Group, the programme blends practical learning with peer collaboration.
