Portsmouth City Council (PCC) is leading the ambitious and innovative development proposals for Lennox Point and Phoenix Quay (www.lennoxpoint.com ).

The vision for Lennox Point is to develop a car-free waterfront neighbourhood that reconnects people’s lives and work with the sea. It will incorporate a leading marine employment and green marine technology hub, Phoenix Quay, which will create quality employment and skills opportunities in Portsmouth.

Portsmouth City Council wishes to share the latest proposals for the marine employment space (Phoenix Quay) with businesses to check the nature of your interest in the opportunity and request your feedback to help inform the development of the approach.
