Find out the latest news from the SeaBioComp project which is developing novel bio-based thermoplastic composite materials
SeaBioComp, an EU funded project of which MSE International is a partner, has issued its latest newsletter to update interested businesses and organisation about the project's latest findings, events and activitie.
Click here to read about what the various partners have been working on in terms of developing high quality biocomposite materials with reduced environmental impacts.
The newsletter has articles on the selection of monomers for in situ polymerisation infusion, results of 3D printing of biopolymers, the results of the investigation into the mechanical, physical and environmental properties of the biopolymers and biocomposites produced by product partners.
To be kept up to date with the SeaBioComp project which is looking to develop high quality biocomposite demonstrators which will have a significantly reduced environmental impact compared to traditional oil-based composites, please sign up to the Interest Group here or visit the project website here.
SeaBioComp is co-funded by the EU Interreg 2 Seas Programme and will run till 2023.
